I took this lucky photograph at golden hour near Playa Del Ingles on Gran Canaria (Canary Islands), petted her/him afterwards to thank her/him for such a great pose :D

Shadows play across the bird and the ground, highlighting the details of its plumage and the texture of the grass. This was in a local park in San Agustin on Gran Canaria where many of these parakeets ate all the small flowers from the grass.

Description: Three ducks are having a nice and relaxing day at the beach. One of them female, the other two male. Image was taken at the Timmendorfer Strand in Germany, Baltic Sea. It's unusual that you see ducks on a beach, normally it's just seagulls. And there were so many, not just these three here, they were having a families get together :D
