Description: Well, the year of the Rat was a bust, lets hope the year of the Ox is better. People born in the Year of the Ox are strong, reliable, fair and conscientious, inspiring confidence in others. They are also calm, patient, methodical and can be trusted. Although they say little they can be very opinionated. They believe strongly in themselves, but are also stubborn and hate to fail or be challenged.
Description: Dedicated the basking shark, which was once part of an eradication program in the 1950s in British Columbia. Luckily these days they are seeing a bit of a comeback. These artworks are a part of my "A Pleasant Reminder" series, which aims to create aesthetically pleasing images to remind ourselves of the issues facing British Columbia.
