I made this painting shortly after my dog Pepper passed away, because a friend said that if I miss her, just think of her in a peaceful place: like somewhere in the great beyond, wearing robes, and listening to a lecture. This idea gave me comfort, so I made it into a painting. I hope this image brings comfort and peace to anyone who is feeling stress, grief, or lack of clarity.
