Description: Echo Hawk is a genius inventor/businessman. He is the most influential African-American Vigilante. A stature he takes with a lot of pride. Echo Hawk uses his influence as a Vigilante to sell his abilities in a work-for-hire capacity. He also heavily promotes his newest inventions (many of which support the social media presence of Vigilantes) using his status. This isn’t just a money grab though as he gives back to his community and is committed to lifting up as many other underserved groups as possible supplying them with resources and access they normally wouldn’t have available to them.

He, along with his wife, are into being a Vigilante the right way (i.e., more aligned to Massive Man’s code) than other Vigilantes, but he also knows they have to be “in the game” to be in the game.
