Over the past decade, I've worked as both a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a massage therapist at the Nevada Career Institute. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life - including those who are young, elderly, or dealing with disabilities or chronic health conditions. Unfortunately, I've also experienced the pain of losing loved ones to illness.
