A master of dirt tracks with 7 All Japan Dirt Trials Championship wins in a row, he would first challenge Pikes Peak in 1989, and then go on to become the first Japanese overall winner in 1995.

Description: The Lancer Evolution VIII appears in Need for Speed: Most Wanted. Because of its weight, it is very useful for pursuits, although it understeers a lot through corners, it has fast acceleration. With Ultimate parts, its performance capabilities especially its top speed - can be significantly improved, though its top speed is slightly lacking when fully upgraded. Eugene "Earl" James drives a customised Lancer Evolution VIII, which is made available as a Bonus car for use in Quick Race or multiplayer after he is defeated in the Career mode. It can not be selected for customisation in My Cars.
