Description: Everyone meet Mickey, AKA Nugget. She's the inspiration for why I will never stop doing what I do. As a puppy, she was dumped out of a car with a bunch of other unwanted puppies at local McDonald's (Hence her name). Through some amazing twists of fate, she ended up with my ex and I. She had a bevy of health problems throughout her life but she never let it slow her down. She battled cancer the last few years until March 24, 2026 when it became too much. She was 12. She fought hard but she let us know she was ready. I will never stop creating until it's my time as well. She was special, she was funny, she was brilliant, she was a pain in the ass, and she was the best.
Description: Montana is another state very near and dear to my heart. I've spent a lot of time traveling around this beautiful state and it has left an indelible mark on my soul. Is Montana your home state? I hope that I honored it well. Watercolor with digitally added lettering and heart.
