The tail will grow back, but they will be shorter, thicker, smoother and less colorful.
Description: Have you already told your mom today how much you love her? Every mom likes to hear "I love you", even a "sorry" now and then. But, you know, actions speak louder than words. All our mothers, including our Mother Ocean, have forgiven us our tantrums and destructive actions. Moms, as strong as they are, get hurt too. They need our love, care and protection.
Description: Three of the four tapir species are endangered: due to hunting (meat and skin) and fragmentation of the habitat (illegal logging etc.). These animals have the right to live and are important for the world and for us. Why? Because they eat lots of fruits and berries. The seeds survive the tapir's digestive system, that will later be "pooped" out in new locations. Tapir plant trees with their poop! otterlyalice, daysoftheyear, worldtapirday, tapirday, tapir, poop, planttrees, endangered, raiseawareness, comic, cartoons
Description: Ever wonder about the origin of the easter bunny/eggs? Simply put, I heard that in order to make christianity more attractive and to bring in non-christians to the roman-catholic church, they mixed the celebration of jesus' resurrection with celebrations that involved spring pagan fertility rituals. These rituals are the source of the egg and bunny traditions.
Description: Pangolins are an endangered species. The biggest threat is illegal, commercial hunting for human consumption. Their scales, blood and flesh considered a delicacy and mistakenly believed as a health benefit. Some are killed when caught and others left alive in cages until a costumer orders it. They hammer them unconscious and drain the blood. It's a slow death.
