Description: The Close-Quarter Quick is an urban street gang with several branches in the California Bay Area, Tokyo, Taiwan, and Shenzhen. They are famous mostly for their leader, a shadowy figure under the pseudonym Mei-Xing Gao, who operates a global internet-based government which financially supports its anonymous "citizens" in exchange for taxation and occasional favors. The Mandarin characters at the bottom of the symbol are 抓住 (Zhuā zhù) which means "to catch, or grip tightly".
