Description: I drew it to base on Michel Foucault's ideas as an inspiring point. Institutions and systems operate as technologies of power, using various forms of social control and regulation to shape the behavior and experiences of individuals. The newspaper's gothic character and redrawing of Grant Wood gothic painting are indicated the dark side of modern age. My design combined reproduced variation of the painting with a hand-drawn The New York Times newspaper image which is the symbolic indicator of urban life, to be blended another gothic indicator of urban. Furthermore, The Angel Of Odd is a blended text on design to which belongs, Edgar Allan Poe.
