Description: A tribute to the inspirational Ida Corwin, restaurant manager. The smart, effective supporting character played by Eve Arden in Michael Curtiz’s 1945 film, MILDRED PIERCE. Based on a graffiti design in popular use during the early 90’s because everyone that knows Ida loves her as an icon of emotional strength and independence.
Description: A tribute to the brutish, macho lead of Federico Fellini’s 1954 film, LA STRADA, Zampanò. Anthony Quinn played this traveling circus strongman in the classic portrait of an impoverished life on the road. Based on a graffiti design in popular use during the early 90’s because, while Zampanò is hardly a role model for men, he exemplifies the struggle for an independent life.

Based on a graffiti design in popular use during the early 90’s because everyone that knows Lucy loves her as an icon of emotional strength and independence.

Black Lives Matter, Me Too, Occupy, Women’s Rights, Indigenous Rights, Atheist Rights,Trans Rights, Worker Rights, Civil Rights, Human Rights, it’s all about being oppressed by the privilege built into the organization. The disenfranchised, the illegal, those trapped in poverty, by racism, through sexism, the 99%, are all looking for equal opportunity and protection under the law. Who doesn’t pay their fair share in taxes? Who pollutes public lands? Who gets their record cleared? Who gets away with murder? Not this guy - and that needs to change.

Whatever your political stance, it’s about commitment and evolution.
Description: On April 19, 1943 medical research chemist Albert Hofmann, intrigued by the effects after an accidental exposure, tested an ergotamine he had derived while seeking a treatment of migraine/respiratory problems. Confused by the effects of the first LSD trip, he rode his bicycle home to rest in bed till he felt better. He never felt better but he did come down and spent the rest of his life exploring and promoting the use of the psychoactive compound as it benefits mankind. Bicycle Day celebrates this event and Hofmann’s discovery.
