This is a paper-centric take on the Rock City tourist attraction in Georgia, specifically the hope offered by the regionally iconic ads painted on barns across the south and midwest that instruct drivers-by to "See Rock City".
The design is supposed to be on red, but blue or gray work pretty well, too.
