Description: About a year ago, I had a dream about a fascinating character design: A robotic clown with vibrant LED eyes, a floating head and hands, super bendy limbs, and a playful desire to scare and entertain. He also had the ability to take on this vibrant rainbow-colored appearance. If you like clowns, let Roscoe stick around to bring a big ol' smile to your face!
