Description: A cartoon by Charles Schneider created during his Punk days at Pratt Institute, art school in Brooklyn New York in the early 1980s. He was profoundly influenced by his many trips to the Times Square and 42nd Street areas of New York, watching many a sleazy movie and being witness which felt like living inside the Scorcese flick - Taxi Driver!
