Both of the said hand-drawn images were modeled off the faces of two unnamed hospital nursery-room newborn babies from the 1998 motion picture The Rugrats Movie and designed to resemble the two main characters from the 1993 Amiga platformer Fatman: The Caped Consumer They were done in colored pencils and black Sharpie on white copy paper. Also in the image are the words "Made by teenage boys for teenage boys", written in a sort of 8-bit font and based on a 2.5-star review of the above said Amiga game on lemonamiga.com.

This is one that happens to have mahogany hair in a style resembling that on a day-old maternity-ward newborn baby from The Rugrats Movie (1998). The name of this piece mostly stems from a 2012 Tumblr post.
