Storyfeather

A microscopic animal called a tardigrade, more commonly known as a “water bear.” Bilaterally symmetrical, with a long capsule-shaped body, four limbs on either side that end in hooks or claws, and what appears to be a face with mouth-like protrusion. It's in a desiccated form, where the body shows folds.

A figure who is part woman and part chicken. Her face has a beak. Her legs are chicken feet. She wears the traditional dress of a Slavic woman and brandishes a broom pointed toward the viewer. This is a depiction of a kikimora, a household spirit from Slavic lore.
