Description: I've drawn and painted multiple versions of the Brazilian Jaguar, including closeups of the Jaguar Eye. This version of my design was first drawn with pen and ink, and later cleaned up and textured in Photoshop, then reversed out (so only light areas will print). I used a simple 2 color palette: orange and a lighter yellow-orange, for a harmonious color scheme that looks great printed on black or dark surfaces - allowing the color of the surface to show through as part of the design.
Description: This is an alternate version of my design based on Psalm 23:4. I hand lettered the words "Fear no Evil" and I added the "old rugged cross" which underlies the words and ties together the composition. However, this version features black shadows and is suitable for printing on light colored surfaces.

Description: I have designed a number of variations using the text of Psalm 8:9. This one features a shorter version of the text: "How majestic is your name". I hand lettered the text using the pen tool in Photoshop. I paired the straight edged serif text with the flowing brush script of the word "Majestic" in order to create contrast. I painted the text with warm earth tones which contrast with the cool bluish background. I designed the background using the polygon tool in Photoshop.
Description: Psalm 14 is King David's meditation on the human condition, and the moral consequences of rejecting God. I have made multiple versions of this design - this version employs only text with no background. The text is entirely hand-lettered in my own gothic style script. I kept the text plain white (rather than painted with gradations or fancy techniques) to achieve a minimalist aesthetic.
Description: "Live by the Spirit" is a reference to Galatians 5:25, which admonishes Christians to put aside earthly desires and walk by faith. For this design, I chose the Ink Free font which has the feeling of hand lettering while maintaining legibility. I used the polygon tool in Photoshop to create the background with the radiating star to represent the glory of God . The silhouette of the dove represents the Holy Spirit.
Description: Joshua challenged his people to choose whom they would serve, whether the gods of their ancestors or the Amorites, but he chose for his own household to serve the Lord. For this design, I used the Blackadder ITC font, adding a distressed texture to suggest age and the timelessness of this text. I added a stipple effect in the background and used the airbrush tool to add a color gradient. This design looks best on a black background.
Description: This design is for Christians who carry their faith like armor. I hand lettered the words "Fear no Evil" from Psalm 23:4 using Kyle's thick/thin brush in Photoshop. I added the texture effect with a splatter brush. This version of my design includes the "old rugged cross" which underlies the words and ties together the composition. The gold, black and blue create a simple, yet harmonious color scheme with strong visual impact.
Description: The majestic words of Genesis chapter 1, verse 3 ring true across the ages. I designed this piece using the polygon tool in Photoshop to create the stars, and the background. The font is the Viner Hand ITC (but edited to my tastes). I painted everything using a warm yellow-red palette, in a style that reminds me a bit of 1950s style advertising art.
Description: I have been practicing hand lettering techniques so I can move away from digital fonts. For this design, I drew each letter individually using the brush tool in Photoshop. I hope you like it! This is a clean, shortened version of the verse, Psalm 8:9: “How Majestic Is Your Name”—perfect for subtle, everyday inspiration. Description: In the book of Romans, Paul mentions Apelles, who is said to have been "tested and approved in Christ." (Amplified Bible). I made this design for all who undergo the trials and testing of their faith. For this design, I chose the Maiandra GD font for its clarity with a touch of elegance, but added a distressed texture to represent weariness from constant attacks on Christians. A splatter brush continues this distressed effect over the background and the cross. I created this design in Photoshop using the shape tools and texture brushes. This version of the design is intended to be printing on white or light surfaces.
Description: The wisdom of King Solomon has always inspired me, and I have wanted to use this scripture verse in a design. I chose the Blackadder ITC font, which manages to combine a sense of playfulness with old style writing. For the background I used a blue splatter brush texture. To the lettering, I added a slight gradient with warmish gold color. The warm/cool contrast adds visual excitement. This version of my design was intended to be printed on dark surfaces.

I painted my deign in Photoshop, adding the stars and "torn parchment" background, which represents the wear and tear our republic has endured. This version of my design is painted with red, white and blue, representing the colors of the U.S. flag.

For this design, I hand lettered "1776" in a modern gothic style, adding stars on top of a stylized piece of torn fabric, which represents the tearing of the American fabric by enemies both foreign and domestic. Our republic might be hanging by a thread, but for the moment, it survives. For this version, I painted 1776 in red paint, so the whole design is in muted red, white and blue colors.

This version features my "gothic metal" stylization, starting from the original lettering from the Preamble of the US Constitution - but pushing it in a decidedly edgier, "gothic metal" direction. I added a shadow and a distressed splatter brush texture to complete the look.
Description: All the lettering in this design is hand lettered, using my variant of a brush script for “Pro-American” and straight edged geometric letterforms for “anti-communist.” I believe that the contrast of cursive script with geometric all caps letterforms represents the conflict of opposing worldviews which have largely shaped the modern world (e.g.: globalism vs nationalism, communism vs capitalism). I chose red, white and blue as my color scheme. This version of my design features a distressed texture for the background and “anti-communist” letterforms.

Description: "God Bless the USA" is my hand lettered petition for God's blessing on this nation and its people. To create the words "GOD" and "USA", I modified block letters with the shape tools in Photoshop. My own brush script makes up the letters for “bless the”. The stars were created using the Photoshop polygon tool. I added the cross to represent America's Christian heritage. The tattered flag represents the many trials and attacks which our nation has survived. I do not use AI to generate my art. Everything I do is drawn and painted by me.
