Description: This is from a mixed media illustration I did using vintage clothing pattern tissue paper, acrylic and spray paint and inks. I created this tongue-in-cheek, irreverent Alphabet series for the collector who enjoys art that starts conversation. At first glance, it appears to be a fun piece of pop art - but as soon as the viewer realizes the letter and the image makes no sense - it stirs up a bit of fun. Also as an admirer of all things nostalgic, seeing a unique and original piece of art that is a flashcard may bring back fond memories of youth.
