The hammer/sickle represents earth, luna, & mars, and our push to the stars. The other stars are different syndicalist unions and decentralized communes (and space colonies). The rainbow represents all the different flavors of anarchism, sexual orientation, & gender. The red stars are for the shared revolutionary history of the left, with the upright (static) representing the structure and stability of a central leftist state, and the inverted (dynamic) one being the fluidity and spontaneity of direct action and liquid democracy.
