I can hear some distant howls. I can feel a hunters prowl. If I see you will I be a lone prophet? And if I catch you will I gain lonesome powers? I'll wander around a while. I'll slowly get lost and lay down, rest my feet and beating heart. Can you see me lying here? Find me amongst your towers? In a thicket, in a copse, in the water running fast. Was that you sneaking past? In no hurry to ease my angst, to decide if I'm staying - forever sinking into bones - or if I'm going - forever longing for the rush.
