Amf Merch
Description: Founded in 1900 by Rufus L. Patterson Jr., inventor of the automated cigarette-making machine, American Machine and Foundry—later known as AMF, Inc.—grew into one of the largest and most diversified manufacturers in the United States. Its product range spanned everything from lawn equipment and bicycles to nuclear reactors and luxury yachts. Among its most recognizable offerings was a wide line of gymnastics equipment, widely used in schools and major competitions alike. From local gymnasiums to internationally televised events, AMF-branded apparatus became a familiar sight as athletes trained and competed at the highest levels.
