Working on this image of Mila takes me back there, I treasure this, because even if she doesn't realise how special this moment in her life is, I do. Today I just feel like playing with patterns and colours - I am having so much fun!

I'm loving these colours together at the moment. A Moroccan style pattern in shades of navy blue, deep teal, dark red and burnt orange on pale grey & white, with delicate doodled details and textures.

This is number 16 in my 52 week challenge. This is Mila (nearly 6) and Somerset Rose (Summer for short.) I thought long and hard about uploading this one, as I think it is not a very good photograph, technically speaking.
