How do you dry your mops?

This is another one of those pictures of the beach huts down at Hengistbury Head, Christchurch, Dorset, UK. This time I've focussed on a single white hut sandwiched between a couple of blue huts. why this one? Something caught my attention - possibly the boat in the background, the shape of the clouds at that moment or maybe the texture the boards dividing the grass from the beach. This original oil painting measures 12x10 inches

Night at the Roller Derby

When the moon is coming just above the horizon it is a bit too dark being in the shadow of the Earth and then when it gets too high it loses it's redness being fully lit by the sun. You have to capture the moon whilst it is in a narrow zone not too low to the horizon and not too high above it.

The River Styx meanders all around Christchurch in New Zealand

Calla lilies are native to Africa and, according to the University of Illinois, are not true lilies. They are herbaceous flowering plants that cannot survive winter in the ground outdoors. The plants grow from a rhizome, similar to a bulb, much like irises. Calla lilies grow to about 30 inches in height, and the flowers are shaped in the form of a funnel. While the white flowers are the most fragrant, calla lilies also come in pink, red and yellow.

This design is to commemorate the tragedic event took place in New Zealand for the first time ever in history. 49 innocent human beings were slaughtered in the name of supremacy, this is not what New Zealand is about, this is not how it has been for all this time and it'll never house such barbaric acts and beliefs. Here's to staying strong!
