Battery Mishler Gun Emplacement exit, ladders Kids Hoodie

Low light photo using the night photography feature on my canon rebel t2i causes an ethereal light flare effect as the light escapes through the exit doorway of the gun emplacement. If you look closely on the left there is another metal ring on the wall next to a ladder. through the doorway there is a ladder that went down at one point, but the hole has been filled in. Part of this military installation have been in use since the civil war. As changes were made ober the years some things were outmoded and outdated but partially left in place as changes were made such as the ladder that now goes nowhere.
