This is an original vintage advert for Smarts Furnishing from the Smart Brothers from 1929. I will be adding many more of these vintage advert designs to my shop over the next few days so please keep checking back if these sorts of images appeal to you. - Please Note: These are old adverts which means they were not always printed straight and level so please don't be surprised to see some slight angle differences around the edges of the adverts. I think the imperfections help to add character to the images. -

Desk And Chair is a sepia tone photographic art print of an old desk and chair. The setting is the Sharlot Hall Museum in Prescott, Arizona. This desk and chair is located in one of the restored log buildings that was one of the original structures in Prescott. I used a sepia tone finish on the photograph for that old rustic look. The sepia brown tones originated with film photography as part of the process to develop the prints in the 1800’s. Today, we can recreate that same vintage look digitally.
