Bow down to your feline overlord! This design features a cat with a haughty expression, perched upon a high pedestal and looking down its nose with disdain. The accompanying phrase "My Wish is Your Command" perfectly captures the regal and demanding nature of our feline friends. Ideal for cat lovers, humor enthusiasts, and anyone who understands the unspoken rules of living with a cat.

The Pedestal is an art print I created using a fauvism oil technique. This technique focuses on abstract brush strokes and bold surreal colors creating a very contemporary look. The setting is the Meyer May house in the Heritage Hill District of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The architectural design was done by Frank Lloyd Wright. I love the geometric pattern he created in the design of the home. The Equestrian Statue of King Henri IV is a bronze statue located on the Ile de la Cite close to Pont Neuf (one of the most famous and the oldest bridge in Paris, named by King Henri IV himself as "New Bridge" as it was the very first one constructed without houses). One of the things you can see in front of Notre Dame Cathedral is the bronze equestrian statue - Charlemagne et ses Leudes (Charlemagne and his guards), which was created by brothers Louis and Charles Rochet in 1878. This bronze statue of Charlemagne shows the King of the Franks on horseback. He is holding a lance or staff while being guided by two leudes, which are believed to be the figures of Oliver and Roland. Charlemagne holds an important place in European history, being the first Emperor of Western Europe around 800AD, known at that time as the Carolingian Empire.
