Piers Long Sleeve T-Shirts

The sandy bay at Cullercoats in the North East of England is enclosed by two small piers and was once a thriving fishing village in the early 1800s and is now home to the Dove Marine Laboratory and an RNLI Lifeboat station. This image was taken from the North end of the bay just as the sun was rising above the horizon on a bitterly cold January morning with the waves crashing over the harbour walls. The piers at the mouth of the River Tyne can be seen on the horizon together with the silhouetted Tynermouth Priory.

The North Sea is not always this calm! This image was taken from the beach at Blyth in Northumberland on the North East coast of England just after sunrise on a calm August morning. The sky turning from red to blue is reflected in the calm waters and dog walkers can be spotted doing their morning duty.

This image was taken from the middle of the beach between the two piers just after sunrise on a cold morning just before Christmas and has been re-worked to provide a bigger file size for better quality prints.

Dramatic sunrise over the Northumbrian coast off the beach at Blyth. A strong onshore wind had whipped up the North Sea under a storm cloud but there was a layer of brightness which illuminated the horizon with its wind turbines. The two piers and the lighthouse at the mouth of the River Blyth are also clearly visible.

Just after sunrise on a really cold January morning the colourful sky over the North Sea and the piers protecting the mouth of the River Blyth in Northumberland on the North East coast of England.

Early July morning over the North Sea as seen from Blyth in Northumberland on the North East coast of England. The day was forecast to be the hottest of the year and the beautiful calm early morning saw lovely light and a sky which was reminiscent of a Turner painting (well, to me it did!)

A hidden treasure in Southport, North Carolina unless you are a local. It's a beautiful view to walk out onto the boardwalk to the big gazebo at the end, always see a bird or two and view the quaint little coastal town and barrier islands. Early morning at Cullercoats Bay, Tyne and Wear in North East England with an unusual cloudy blue sky which is reflected in the standing water following the receding tide. The North Sea is flat calm and a small fishing coble can be seen between the piers.

Cromer Pier, Norfolk, UK An aerial view of this amazing pier sat in the North Sea in Cromer on the East coastline of the UK. Cromer Pier is a Grade II listed seaside pier in the civil parish of Cromer on the north coast of the English county of Norfolk, 25 miles due north of the city of Norwich in the United Kingdom. The pier is the home of the Cromer Lifeboat Station and the Pavilion Theatre. I know the sea does not look very inviting but the colour is mainly down to the fine sand and a bit of silt but on a nice sunny day the blue reflects from the sky and makes it look a lot more appealing. This is my watercolor and ink painting of the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier at sunrise. It is 1,545 feet long, 30 feet above water and is currently the longest fishing pier in Florida and in the Gulf of Mexico. I was inspired to paint this pier that I have fished from. I have seen some amazing sunsets, sunrises, fish and wildlife from this pier. This painting is part of my Florida Watercolor Collection.
