Description: Nobody remembers the exact moment they joined the Low Tide Social Club. Usually it starts with "I'll just take a quick walk on the beach," and somehow ends three hours later carrying a shell you'll never throw away and arguing that watching pelicans absolutely counts as an afternoon plan. Club members instinctively slow their pace whenever they hear waves, become amateur sunset critics, and believe every beach chair deserves at least one unnecessary nap. This retro coastal design celebrates ocean lovers, surfers, beach vacations, tropical escapes, and anyone who knows low tide isn't just a water level, it's permission to wander farther than you probably planned. No membership card required. Sandy feet are accepted as proof of enrollment.

Description: Teignmouth in Devon (UK) is a picturesque little seaside town that sits at the end of the Teign estuary. The rock here is classic Devonian sandstone - a red coloured stone that can be seen in the famous red sands and the cliffs (that the train weaves its way through en route from Exeter to Plymouth). Half the pub sign is missing, so I'm not sure its full name, so for now its the New 'Q'! This view of a corner of the harbour area is the first of hopefully many that I'll be painting over coming months. Painted in oil on a 16x12 inch board.
