What Life With A Chronic Illness Is Like: Ran Out Of Spoons is about Spoon Theory, a metaphor for how much energy (spoons) a person has available each day, and how spoonies have a limited number, forcing them to carefully plan each day to not run out of spoons.

If you have a chronic illness then you probably know about the spoon theory & how we call ourselves 'spoonies'. This cute design lets you walk around with some spare little spoons (cause you never know when you might run out). This sweet little pocket full of spoons is a friendly reminder that we spoonies run on very little energy... and we could always use some more spare spoons!

Juggling comorbidities is no picnic. One diagnosis leads to another, which triggers the next, and so on. Managing each diagnosis on its own is enough work, let alone managing several different disorders and syndromes. We might as well have some fun with it.

Many illnesses and diseases are invisible yet still very physical. It’s hard for people to understand when they can’t see it. These different awareness ribbons will help to show support and raise awareness for these hidden conditions.
