Description: Of the officers in the Joe Team, Lt. Falcon is somebody who tries to be your friend. He is of the opinion that just because you're an officer doesn't mean you're respected. Respect has to be earned. Whether mingling with the rest of the enlisted men or training native insurgents, Falcon proves to everybody he is ready to get down and be one of the boys. He would even bite the head off a snake just to be on your side.
Description: BIG LOB has been a top athlete since elementary school and all through his high school days. He proved to have an uncanny ability to excel at any and all sports. Although he received offers from teams in several different pro sports leagues after graduation, he chose to enlist in the Army Reserves to serve his country but also remain close to his hometown and family. Rumors of his outstanding sports prowess and reports of his precise distance grenade throws quickly caught the attention of the G.I. Joe team. He joined under their "Rawhides" program, which allowed him the flexibility to report only for missions requiring his specialized expertise. He is well liked by his teammates except for his annoying habit of talking about himself.
Description: When you think of tough, you think of Sgt. Slaughter. The man is muscle strong and extremely mean. In the ranks of the Joe Team, the Sarge has garnered many tales of exaggeration in his career to the point where he is credited with superhuman feats. His personal mission is to beat all trainees into examples of military perfection. While every Joe member can qualify for drill instructor, the Sarge fits the role to a tee. He can drill trainees into the ground for 72 hours before he breaks a sweat. He likes to march over their backs spewing out verbal brutalities while they do finger pushups. If they can survive him, they're good enough for the Joe Team.

Description: In G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Jinx is one of the few G.I. Joe Team members whose real name is top secret. She has been studying and competing in several forms of martial arts since she was seven. She grew up in Los Angeles and is a Bryn Mawr graduate. On a vacation trip to Japan, Jinx discovered her familial ties to a ninja clan known as the Arashikage, and was officially initiated into the clan. She was then recruited by Snake Eyes, a fellow ninja and member of the G.I. Joe Team. Jinx has since undergone training with the Blind Master, a ranking ninja sensei, and studied the seven silent forms, including the "Eye That Pierces", the "Iron Hand" and the "Heart That Waits".
Description: Dial Tone is the G.I. Joe Team's electronics and communications expert. His real name is Jack S. Morelli, and his rank is that of corporal E-4. Dial Tone was born in Eugene, Oregon. Dial Tone built his own crystal radio set when he was ten. By fourteen he was part of a CB net and had his own ham station by the time he was sixteen. Dial Tone made all his own equipment, buying parts with quarters which he earned by bagging groceries. He joined the army to further his education in his chosen field and became the Joe team's communications expert. Despite this, he has been seen many times fighting on the battlefield.
Description: Serpentor is the product of a conspiracy within Cobra to create the perfect soldier. A cabal of Cobra scientists led by Dr. Mindbender and Destro raided just about every tomb to contain history's greatest warriors. They scrounged every scrap of DNA they could that would serve as the genetic blueprint of this super soldier. Thanks to Mindbender's genius, Serpentor is imbued with the memories and experience of these legendary men. Serpentor possesses acute military genius, courage, daring, charisma, political knowhow and fighting prowess that easily overshadows Cobra Commander's. His creators neglected to take into consideration that the warriors from which Serpentor's DNA come from also happen to be cunning and ruthless leaders.
