Art Decor is a fabulous design based on art deco. The famous art deco architecture of the time was all the rage and inspired various designs of wall art. Before the art deco era, the art nouveau style was much in evidence and this new style brought clean lines and simplicity to design, characterised by the stark straight lines and minimal colours. Whereas I am not an art deco designer, sadly, I still appreciate this retro style and play on words that we use today. Think of yourself as a flapper girl!

What's fun about a flea market are the variety of totally different things for sale on the same table. On this particular table, I was attracted to the men's winged-tipped shoes which I later found out are called tuxedo shoes which seems totally appropriate. And, of course, behind it, for no particular reason, is a big blue pot.

This pattern was woven by the designer as a cushion panel . The yarn used is chennile yarn that gives various textures when rubbed . This was then digitized and made into a printable repeat pattern . The color is not solid color but has hues and tones due to chennile yarn . Woven design has been converted to faux woven texture
