Description: I took this shot from the Griffith Observatory where parts of the James Dean movie "A Rebel Without A Cause" was filmed. This place was amazing because it had an awesome view of the city as you can see here. This is an HDR that was taken with -2, 0, +2 exposures and combined in photomatix. I masked through the original pictures to get the look i wanted. I then took the photo to CS5 where i did further editing with OnOne software and nik effex.
Description: A view of Edinburgh, Scotland from Calton Hill looking South West. The large tower of the Balmoral hotel is in the center of the shot and the Scott monument is to its right. Edinburgh castle is on the hill on the left of the shot. Three bracketed JPGs converted to HDR in Photomatix Pro.
