American Flyers Socks
Description: In the 1985 movie American Flyers, Kevin Costner plays a Sports Physician and Professional Cyclist. In the gym that he works in, the motto is “Res Firma Mitescere Nescit” which means a firm resolve does not know how to weaken or as they said in the movie. It actually translates more accurately (and with comedic effect) as "once you get it up, keep it up." Whatever, it's motivational AF and whether you're in an 80s bike race with Kevin Costner or just like people asking you what the Latin phrase on your shirt says, this is the one for you.
Description: Show off your love for the City of Brotherly Love with a side of witty humor! This clever design features Philadelphia's iconic Liberty Bell with its famous fracture, paired with the playful, pun-filled slogan "Come To Philly For The Crack." Sporting a beautifully distressed, vintage weathered texture and soft pastel tones, it is the perfect pick for Philadelphia locals, tourists, history buffs, and anyone who appreciates sharp, tongue-in-cheek travel jokes.

Description: ShaverSport was founded in 1980 by competitive cyclist Bob Shaver, with its mission being to produce high performance cycling wear. Unless you were a competitive cyclist in the '80s, odds are that you know ShaverSport as the sponsor of the cycling team in American Flyers, a 1985 American sports drama film about a bicycle race in the Rockies. ShaverSport was asked to design most of the cycling apparel used by the various teams in the film, including their own iconic blue jerseys.
