Description: Grolsch Brewery, known simply as Grolsch, is a Dutch brewery founded in 1615 by Willem Neerfeldt in Groenlo. In 1895 the de Groen family bought the brewery. They had started their own brewery in Enschede in the early 19th century. It held a significant stake until November 2007. Today the main brewery is located in Enschede.

Description: Originally named Smilův Brod in honor of the town's owner, Smil (present-day Havlíčkův Brod) was changed to Německý Brod due to the settlement of German people. That's important because Německý Brod's German settlers won the right to brew beer in the 14th Century when King Jan of Luxembourg gave contractual rights to Německý Brod's owner, Jindřich of Lipé.
Description: Brouwerij 't IJ is an Amsterdam brewery that brews only specialty beers. The brewery is located in the east of the city. The beer is brewed at two locations. All of the brewery's draft beers are brewed at the Funenkade , next to Molen de Gooyer . The brewery's first tasting room is also located at this location . The second brewery at the Zeeburgerpad brews bottled and keg beers. The total capacity of the two locations is approximately 22,000 hl per year. A second tasting room has been located in the Vondelpark since 2019: Proeflokaal 't Blauwe Theehuis.

Description: Hasseröder is a brewery in Wernigerode, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The company started in 1872, founded by Robert Hoppe under the name zum Auerhahn ("the Capercaillie"), in the Wernigerode district of Hasserode. In 1882 Ernst Schreyer assumed control of the brewery. In 1896 the brewery became a stock company (Aktiengesellschaft, AG), and in the same year put out 25,000 hectoliters of beer. It was renamed Hasseröder Brauerei in 1920.
