Description: Paperboy is an arcade action game released in 1985. The player controls a paperboy as he delivers newspapers for The Daily Sun along a suburban street on his BMX bike. The player has to deliver a week of daily newspapers to subscribers, vandalize non-subscribers' homes, and avoid hazards. The arcade game featured bike handlebars as the controller which were very well received as a unique controller option, though the game's high level of difficulty was often criticized. The following year, Paperboy was ported to PCs and consoles, and a direct to home sequel, Paperboy 2, was released in 1991.
Description: Contra is a run and gun video game developed as a coin-op arcade game in 1986 and released in 1987. The game was a commercial success worldwide, becoming one of the top four highest-grossing arcade games of 1987. Home ports were released in 1988 for computers and consoles, which were also a critical and commercial success. Contra is set in the distant future of the year 2633 A.D., when the evil Red Falcon Organization have set a base on the fictional Galuga Archipelago near New Zealand in a plot to wipe out humanity. Two commandos, Bill Rizer and Lance Bean of the Earth Marine Corp's Contra unit, are sent to the island to destroy the enemy forces and uncover the true nature of the alien entity controlling them.

Description: The ZX Spectrum is an 8-bit home computer that was developed by Sinclair Research. It was released in the United Kingdom on 23 April 1982, and became Britain's best-selling microcomputer. Referred to during development as the ZX81 Colour and ZX82, it was launched as the ZX Spectrum to highlight the machine's colour display, which differed from the black and white display of its predecessor, the ZX81. The Spectrum was released as six different models, ranging from the entry level with 16 KB RAM released in 1982 to the ZX Spectrum +3 with 128 KB RAM and built in floppy disk drive in 1987; altogether they sold over 5 million units worldwide (not counting unofficial clones).
