At one time, it was a five-star culinary destination of Paris, and represents the best of the best to Remy. It is here that Remy pursues his dream of becoming a chef like his hero.

Description: La Ratatouille is a bistro in Paris, France that appears at the end of Disney•Pixar's 2007 animated feature film of the same name. After Anton Ego reviewed the restaurant, Gusteau's was shut down due to a rat infestation. Remy and Alfredo Linguini then used the profits to found La Ratatouille so the former could continue to pursue his passion in cooking. Remy is the head chef of the restaurant, while Colette Tatou serves as his sous-chef and Linguini as its waiter, with the two implied to still be in a relationship.
