Description: This symbol is the svefnthorn, an Icelandic magical stave. According to the manuscript from which it originates the svefnthorn is meant to keep one asleep so that they cannot wake unless the stave is removed. I've based my version off the one found in the Huld manuscript.
Description: This symbol is the draumstafir, an Icelandic magical stave. According to the manuscript from which it originates the draumstafir is meant to help one dream of unfulfilled desires. I've based my version off the one found in the Huld manuscript.
Description: A hand-drawn Norse stag in shades of grey, its great antlers framing a red Vegvisir — the Icelandic wayfinder stave said to keep you from losing your way, even through storm and darkness. Stags run deep in Norse myth: Eikthyrnir stands on the roof of Valhalla, and four stags graze among the branches of Yggdrasil, the world tree. This stag watches you straight on — calm, old, and impossible to lose. Drawn by hand in smoky red mist that forms its own background, so it prints bold on dark and light shirts alike. For hunters, hikers, and anyone who finds their way back — no matter the weather. Grab it on tees, hoodies, stickers, mugs and more.

Description: The runic stave, Vegvisir, was used to protect people's passage through rough waters. When was the last time you ventured into rough waters? Waking up and embarking a day full of harshness and difficulty. Sometimes a little help, even if it's a reminder, or gentle push, that you can get through it, can go a long way.
Description: Huginn and Muninn (“Thought” and “Memory” respectively) are pet ravens of the Norse god, Odin. Odin’s ravens fly all over Midgard (Earth) collecting all of the information they can in order to report it back to Odin. In my interpretation, Huginn and Munnin are surrounding a magical stave named Ægishjálmr (Helm of Awe or Helm of Terror). It’s one of the most mysterious and powerful symbols in Norse mythology.
Description: A Mechanicus votive print channels a heart's electrical filament through an electroleech stave into a capacitor-offertory box. Gothic niches and brass-ink illumination make compulsory extraction look like ordinary devotional stewardship.
Description: The Helm of Awe or Helm of Terror is an Icelandic magical stave. A physical object called "Helm of Terror" is referenced as one item Sigurd takes from the dragon Fafnir's hoard after he slays him in Völsunga saga. It's also one of the most powerful protective Viking symbols.
Description: Jormungandr, the Midgard world serpent of Norse mythology, hand-drawn in fine line work: a coiled serpent body with delicate scale hatching, head raised with fangs and forked tongue, wrapped around a Vegvisir — the Icelandic wayfinder compass stave said to keep you from losing your way, even through storm and darkness. White line art edition for dark garments, hand-drawn from scratch. Original art by The Viking Art and Custom. Also available in black for light shirts — visit my store.
