Canadian jet interceptor built between 1957 and 1959 by Avro Canada. This edition features line art in silver set against a red maple leaf outline.

The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum Lancaster bomber set against a glorious evening sky. Canada is home to most of the surviving Lancaster bombers and home to one of the only two airworthy Lancasters, the other is in the UK. This Aircraft carries an emblem depicting the Victoria Cross awarded to Andrew Mynarski. On June 13, 1944, his Lancaster was attacked by a German night fighter. As the bomber was falling to the ground in flames, he attempted to free the tail gunner trapped in the rear turret of the blazing and out of control aircraft. The tail gunner miraculously survived the crash and lived to tell the story, but sadly Andrew Mynarski died from his severe burns.

The Avro Vulcan first flew in 1952. This Vintage Distressed Logo celebrates the heritage & achievements of Avro's Vulcan Bomber.

The Avro CF-100 Canuck is the only Canadian-designed combat aircraft to go into mass production. It was commissioned in 1953 and around 700 units built

In the summer of 2014 the Canadian Lancaster crossed the Atlantic Ocean for a tour of Britain with the only other airworthy Lancaster of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. I never though I would see two Lancasters together and this opportunity will probably not be repeated. This is a digital artwork of the two Avro Lancaster bombers returning home at sunset, all photographs are my own work, combined to create this striking imag

August and September 2014 will see the coming together of the only two remaining flying Avro Lancaster Bombers in the world.

In the Summer of 2014 The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum's Avro Lancaster flew side by side with The Battle Of Britain's Lancaster in a historical event over the skies of Lincolnshire

8th August 2014 and the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museums Avro Lancaster is greeted over the skies of Lincolnshire by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight

The Canadian Lancaster is dedicated to the memory of P/O Andrew Mynarski and is referred to as the “Mynarski Memorial Lancaster”. It is painted in the colours of his aircraft KB726 – VR-A, which flew with RCAF No. 419 (Moose) Squadron.
