The Bunker Hill Covered Bridge is one of two covered bridges left in North Carolina, (the other being the Pisgah Covered Bridge in Randolph county), and is possibly the last wooden bridge in the United States with Haupt truss construction. It was built in 1895 by Andy L. Ramsour in Claremont, North Carolina, and crosses over Lyle creek. The bridge is a National Civil Engineering Landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project to build the bridge was started in 1894 when Catawba County Commissioners requested nearby owners of the Bunker Hill Farm to build and maintain a bridge that would cross Lyle Creek on the old Island Ford Road (a former Native American trail). Unlike the single cliff house of Montezuma Castle 20 miles southeast, Tuzigoot comprises a cluster of buildings, on top of a small sandstone ridge close to the Verde River valley near the towns of Clarkdale and Cottonwood.

The world's largest biplane ever, the Antonow AN-2 is one of the airplanes you could book for a round trip at the 19th Oldtimer Air Show 2019 at the Hahnweide, near Kirchheim/Teck, Germany. Chandler’s Wharf, also known as the Calder-Thorpe Warehouse, was built in 1884. This vernacular style warehouse was built for Phila Lazarus Calder (1806-1888), who inherited the property from her father, Aaron Lazarus (1771-1841). The property remained in the Lazarus family until its purchase in 1910 by W. B. Thorpe & Company, dealers in coal, wood, and builder’s supplies, which used it and the adjacent Rankin & Martin warehouse until 1943. In 1978, the two warehouses were rehabilitated into the eclectic collection of shops, galleries, and offices that it is today. is a shopping complex in a renovated 19th Century river wharf building. Fine art photography of the Tolomato cemetery in Saint Augustine Florida. Tolomato is the oldest cemetery in Florida and probably one of the oldest in the US. Burials go back to the first Spanish period in Florida (1565 - 1763)and native Americans were buried on the site as far back as th 1200s. Tolomato is also said to be one of the most haunted places in America.

The U.S. Brig Niagara was one of nine ships that visited the Fairport Harbor tall ships festival in 2016. It is a replica of the relief flagship of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry. It was one of nine ships used to defeat a British squadron of six vessels during the War of 1812. The Niagara sails the Great Lakes, preserving and interpreting the story of the Battle of Lake Erie, and acting as an ambassador in her capacity as the flagship of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Its home port is in Erie PA.

The Thompson Neely House dates back to before the American Revolution. It is located at Washington Crossing in Bucks County, PA. It was used as a hospital during Washington’s winter campaign of 1776/1777 and is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
