Description: The photograph was taken with an old camera phone and edited with GIMP. This has always been one of my favorite camera pics. I was catching the transition of the previous evening to sunrise. I didn't have a car then and was lucky that work was close enough to walk to.

Description: Gouache and watercolors bleed and clash, but this is not a conflict. Lines and patterns create boundaries, sometimes overlap, but no territory can be claimed. The unconscious being manifested on paper to create some identity for itself, but it's non-existence and changes often like clouds that pass through the open sky. The “Builder” suggests a moment’s pause and enjoy what is right in front of you.

Description: "Between You & Me" is a large abstract work on Stonehenge paper. This was one of the final works I created with wax pastels and took a break from art shortly(2010). Uploading the work, I must have really been trying to process ways to communicate better. Not only that, it felt(at that time) I was putting my trust into to wrong people. It is something that happens to all of us. It's how we learn, mature and learn to grow.

Description: I moved from Columbus, Ohio to St. Paul, Minnesota in April 2017. Since moving here I have noticed remembering some of my dreams are including animals. Crows were showing up in my dreams shortly after my grandfather passed away.
