Fermented foods like kimchi are so good for you and your gut. I try to eat a bit every day, and it’s especially delicious on my homemade fried rice.

Guacamole is a joy. Extra guacamole on everything please. Yum. What is your favourite Mexican or Tex Mex dish?

Do you like Korean red chili paste also known as gochujang? I sure hope so.

We all know tzatziki is amazing. But have you had it on a burger? So so good and so creamy.

I love food pockets. I have fond memories of all of these types of food pockets. I have been eating Jamaican beef patties almost all my life ever since getting boxes of patties from the grocery store and going to the local Jamaican bakery that sold patties, coco bread, and other delicious Jamaican things. Same goes for pizza pops, I used to eat them all the time as a high schooler and university undergrad. The ooey gooey sauce inside still gets me. I first had Cornish pasties when I visited Cornwall with my family and I fell in love. I will say I probably haven't had an authentic empanada but I have had one from a coffee shop that I enjoyed - though not as much as I enjoy patties and pizza pops. What can I say, you can't go wrong with me...

This is a pattern for all you dumpling lovers.

Rice lovers out there?

This is a shout-out to some of the amazing ways that eggs are prepared in Japan.

What’s your favourite type of seaweed? I love the umami taste of nori and wakame - Japanese seaweed salad is amazing. Eating dried dulse is also a great snack.

If you love dimsum, spread the word. Har gow and shu mai are like peas in a pod when it comes to dim sum. Other favorites of mine are sticky rice, and rice noodles with BBQ pork inside. How about you?

This was a design for a family friend, but maybe other hot sauce lovers can appreciate. Who likes to put hot sauce on their eggs? How about fried rice? It's a must on fried noodles too. The heat just adds another layer of flavour to an otherwise possibly bland dish. Spread your love for hot sauce with your family and friends, or get it as a gift for them.
