Description: A couple of years ago, @pinevilleporcupines had a name-a-team contest. They obviously went with Porcupine, but I think they missed the mark and could have been the Pinecones. It’s unique and a silly idea for a mascot. Here’s my take on the what-if team. I’m not sure how I did on keeping it looking like a pinecone while also keeping it simple. I also made her barefoot so it looked more like a woodland creature, with a bigfoot vibe.

This style of playing guitar arose in the Hawaiian Islands in the 1890s and, through the development of phonograph players and records, became accessible across the United States and the world. This collection of music played using the Hawaiian steel guitar technique reflects the popular appeal of the music during the 1920s and ʼ30s" I specifically modeled this guitar after Joseph Kekuku, the Hawaiian-American musician considered the inventor of the steel guitar.
