Remain or return to your emergence location while wearing this shirt. ETTTs will be sent to retrieve you if you did not instantly return to your time origin. If you're in extreme danger, check the appropriate box and write your ID and designation year according to the instructions on the shirt for immediate temporal resolve. Forms of extreme danger: war, natural disaster, temporal anomaly, prison, capture by cult, temporal interference.
