Description: Gotokuji Temple, located in the Setagaya ward of Tokyo, Japan, is a Buddhist temple that is said to be the birthplace of the maneki-neko, or “luck-inviting cat figurine.” This version is different from a variety you may have seen, as the Gotokuji Temple specializes in the right-pawed version of this good-luck symbol and has purely white fur with no coin. Description: Ōkunoshima is a small island, part of the city of Takehara, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. Also known as "Usagi Island", translated to Rabbit Island, it is a small enclave occupied by hundreds of wild rabbits. A unique place such as this deserves a unique shirt! This is a variation of the original illustration by Jerene Rose Design with a white outline to show up best on darker colors!
