Description: Pismo Beach Pier in San Luis Obispo is an exposed beach break that has consistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the northeast. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west northwest. The beach break provides left and right handers. Best around high tide. Sometimes crowded. Take care of rips, rocks, locals and sharks.

Description: Cottons is the northern most Trestles break. Not the best wave and will break on a bigger SE through SW swell. Only starts working well on a bigger swell.

Description: Back in the 1950’s and early 1960’s, Playa del Rey, California was known as a great surf spot. The northernmost end of Playa del Rey was coined "Toes Over Beach" ("Toes Beach" or just "Toes" for short) by local surfers, in reference to the iconic "hang ten" foot positioning.

Description: Santa Barbara! The beach is right next to the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) and is a popular hangout for locals and university students who come to surf, watch the waves, and relax. Great wave with a SSW swell best at falling mid tide and during the winter you can catch a longer wave than Rincon. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Surfrider Foundation.
