Description: My muse has been quiet of late. I needed inspiration and found it in the aesthetics of Mondrian. I recalled the joy of producing such works as a child, without knowledge of rules nor form. Using Mondrian's rules, I created this work in Corel. Paintbrush marks have been deliberately left raw in this piece, so add an organic element to the work.

Description: A basket of cute, graphic stars. Collected just for you. Bold, clean stars in bright shades of cyan, magenta and lemon. When trying to name this work, the song Vincent popped into my head. Far too elevated a name for this cutie, I decided upon Vinnie Star instead. Created in Krita, with a clear background which can be changed upon request.
Description: A riot of neon colours burst through the midnight Plant, turning night into day. Your eyes adjust to your new world of bright colour, which blazes its arrival in your retinas and heart. This marbled creation is inspired by 80s aesthetics, neon colour schemes and was created in Corel.
Description: He was minding his own business, just taking the dog for a walk before bed, when he saw it. He decided to take a different route home that night. Photograph of some skeleton miniatures that I own, shot on a destroyed city set. Holding my breath and a lot of patience was required to set this shot up. This has been edited in RAW and Photoshop.
Description: This is my interpretation of a sugar (also known as Dia de los Muertos or day of the dead) skull. I wanted to keep a traditional feel to the decorations, but with my own little twist. The name of this work, is an homage to one of my closest online friends, who is a massive inspiration and a generally lovely person. Photoshop was used to create this work. A version with a clear background has been created, so if you want to change this background colour – let me know.

Description: After creating Skeleton Keyz in Photoshop, I decided to create a pattern using some of the individual elements. Why have one skull when you can have a fiesta of skulls? This is my interpretation of a sugar (also known as Dia de los Muertos or day of the dead) skull. I wanted to keep a traditional feel to the decorations, but with my own little twist. This repeat pattern was creating using Illustrator and Photoshop.

Description: A murder of crows created this marble pattern, whilst drinking absinthe, reading Edgar Allen Poe and listening to The Cure – honest! A goth inspired, free-hand marble pattern created in Corel Painter. The colour scheme for this piece is mostly red, black, grey and white with hidden touches of violet and sea foam green.
Description: I wanted to produce a sigil, made by combining all five elemental symbols together into one. Having produced these elemental symbols previously, I wanted to do something a little different. My aim here was to create a dark, dangerous looking version of these traditional symbols. Earth, air, fire & water (spirit has been omitted from this one for design balance reasons). This work was created in Illustrator with a clear background, so if you would like me to change any background colours – just ask.

I noticed during the creation of this version, that I had accidentally created a six pointed star in the middle of this sigil. Since I love these kind of design accidents, I embraced this aspect. Description: A moment of perfectly suspended silence and beauty. Each window shows details of the life lived behind it, without a glimpse of any resident. Struck by inspiration one evening, I grabbed my sketchbook and pencil. I rarely am inspired to sketch without reference, but I found these shapes came easily. I wanted to emulate a handpainted, with ink outline feel to this work. Natural, imperfect textures were important in this painting. This scene is entirely imagined. During the long creation process, I was told that my scene resembled old Germanic architecture. The name of this piece was gifted to me by a lovely person on Twitter. This painting is the fruit of many months of hard work, painting individual pixels, adding tiny d...
Description: My love of coffee and designs which read as one thing from a distance and another up close inspired this work. As always if you would like to change this, get in touch.
