Pansexual/Asexual Pride
We live in an age where Americans are arguably more divided than at any other time in history; an age where dozens are gunned down every single day, and neo-Nazis have been embraced as "very fine people." For all of our achievements, we continually struggle to safeguard the rights of our most vulnerable; to embrace people different from us; or to protect our women and children from violence at home. Change begins with you. Take a stand today and pledge to embrace LOVE over hate. LOVE over fear. LOVE over ambivalance. This t-shirt is everything you've dreamed of and more. It feels soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. It's comfortable and flattering for both men and women.

Love is Greater Than Hate
Prior to entering politics and becoming the 39th President of the United States, Jimmy Carter was a simple peanut farmer...a fact used both for and against him during his 1976 campaign. This image - that of a big-toothed, grinning peanut - was pervasive in the run-up to the election, used on all types of political paraphernalia from buttons to signs and everything in-between. We sweat the small stuff, which is why we've worked hard to recreate this historic illustration with the utmost care for accuracy...down to the smallest detail. The graphics are hand-distressed to achieve a stylish, worn-in look.

The '60s were a wild time to be alive! The sexual revolution was in full swing, and a generation distrustful of the government formed a counter-culture the valued art, music, and free love over and above norms that would make them tools of the traditional capitalist culture. At the same time, not all was well in the world. The war in Vietnam raged on, to mixed sentiment at home. "Make Love, Not War" became a rallying phrase of the anti-establishment peace movement much to the chagrin of the older generation. Upon seeing young protestors take the slogan to the streets of California, Ronald Reagan famously remarked: "Those guys look like they can't make either of both." Ouch.

Make Love, Not War
If you came of age in the '90s, your life was shaped by turmoil. The Gulf War started, the USSR ended, a compound in Waco was sieged, the Federal Building in Oklahoma City was bombed, and AIDS became an epidemic. In the face of all that, we learned the importance of living for NOW...and our culture reinforced that, perhaps no better than in the smash musical that taught us there is "no day but today."

"No Day But Today"
During the 1976 primary, incumbent President Gerald Ford faced a surprisingly strong challenge from former California governor (and actor) Ronald Reagan; so strong, in fact, that the GOP candidate had not yet been decided going into that year's convention (something that has not happened again in the 40+ years since). Eventually, Ford became the nominee and lost the general election to Jimmy Carter; Reagan, meanwhile, ran again in 1980...defeating Carter in a landslide and becoming one of the GOP's most prolific and popular Presidents.
