Description: The pink triangle fell out of favour for queer representation when the it was used to identify gay men during the holocaust. A similar black triangle was used to identify "anti-social women" (lesbians), in addition to the more well known Star of David to persecute Jewish people. I like the idea of reclaiming the pink triangle again. It's a symbol with a poignant history to it that "Rainbow Capitalist" companies might hesitate to actually use for themselves. I wanted something that could stand again as symbol of resistance and defiance, rather than performative woke-ness. It has the issue of being binary (Pink:gay man, black: lesbian woman), and came about before we had a more diverse language to discuss sexual and gender identity.
