Description: On this day I was feeling claustrophobic, so I took a walk during lunch with my camera. This turtle, having swam up from the muddy bottom of the pond to sun itself, caught my eye. I spent an afternoon on Roosevelt Island enjoying and photographing the blossoms, and this is one of my favorite shots from that day.
