Bràmair can be girlfriend or lover (or even boyfriend) as it's multipurpose. Cìochach is pretty definitively "breasty" (not generically the chest or the muscles underneath). I picked this form because it felt closer to the slang of "tiddy" than some of the other options. The large size is assumed by the use of the word.

There are multiple ways to say this - and I went with this one since it was relatively short. Bràmair actually is a multipurpose word (lover, boyfriend, girlfriend) but cìochach one could translate as "breasty" which I feel is closer to the slang vibe of "tiddy" (big is assumed by the usage). I may also do a version using the "a dhìth orm" (or maybe go old school with bhuam). There will also be a similar shirt without the "Feaumaidh mi" (I want).

It doesn't translate well into English but almost certainly any Scot or descendant of Scotland knows it well. The shirt says Cianalas is in (anns an) the blood (an fhuil).
